Under the NSS Curriculum, ‘Other Learning Experiences’ (OLE) is one of the three components that complement the NSS subjects, including Applied Learning.

Among the different areas of OLE, Career-related Experiences aims at providing students with a clear picture of their future career prospects before entering society. Through this programme, students can undergo hands-on experience on working, enhance their working skills and broaden their horizons.

Meanwhile, OLE also offers an opportunity for students to be more familiar with themselves, their ambitions, and whether they are suited for the working environment. In addition, OLE attempts to assist students in fostering appropriate working attitudes as a stepping stone to a successful career.

在新高中課程（三三四學制）中，為促進全方位教育，「其他學習經歷」將成為全方位教育中的其中一項重要元。學校將會於校內、校外時間為學生提供各種其他學習經驗，

其中，「與工作有關的經驗」志於令同學能學習階段獲得「工作」的清晰的概念。透過「與工作有關的經驗」，同學有機會體驗工作實況、增進相關職業技能及擴闊與工作有關的接觸。同時，「與工作有關的經驗」將協助學生深入瞭解自己所希望的未來志向，並反映自己是否適合有關的工作環境。「與工作有關的經驗」亦提供一個機會培育學生的工作操守及道德，建立正確的態度及價值觀，發展終身學習的能力，為未來踏入職場奠下良好根基。
