Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the accounts / budget for Tuck Shop & Canteen
  • Prepare daily payment vouchers (A/P) and debit notes (A/R) in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle employee compensation insurance claim and other administration work
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required
  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
  • Able to work under pressure and deadline, independent and self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
  • Immediate available is preferable

Assistant Tree Management Officer

Job Duties:

  • Assist school arborists in tree surveying and tree works;
  • Input and update tree records;
  • Coordinate with landscape contractors for projects;
  • Conduct clerical duties and coordinate with different parties at school;
  • Carry out duties assigned by the School.

Requirements:

  • Degree in agriculture, arboriculture, biology, botany, horticulture, forestry, vegetation, landscape architecture, landscape management, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field;
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
