- To provide support to students who are in financial need.
- To administer and handle applications for the DBS Student Financial Assistance Scheme.
- To help students apply for financial assistance offered by external organizations.

Target Students: Grade 7 to Grade 12
Needy students, including those from families receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance and those receiving financial assistance provided by the Student Finance Office of the HKSAR Government, could apply for the above schemes, including school fee remission.
